Fan fiction has a rich history that dates back well before the Internet age (yes, there was life before the Web!). This page features fan fiction related to the characters from Ford's films. Anyone can submit, just email your story to info@ford-jones.com, and if it passes our editorial review, we'll be happy to post it!

OK, what do we mean by "editorial review"? Well, the story must be on-topic (related directly to a Ford film and/or character), and must not be pornographic. Rated "R" is fine, even rated "NC-17" is probably OK, but rated "X" is not. When in doubt, email us and we'll have a look (and we'll include a disclaimer for our readers whenever a story is posted that gets a little wild, so if you don't like your love stories "Rated R" steamy, just don't read them).

Want to provide comments or critique of what you've read here? Head on over to Jonesy's Lounge, where you'll find a forum called "Fan Fiction" and post your comments there!

Enjoy!

Haiku is a Japanese poetic form that combines form, content, and language in a meaningful, yet compact form. Subjects generally include nature, feelings, or experiences. In our case, we are expanding that to include Harrison and his films. The most common form for Haiku is three short lines. The first line usually contains five (5) syllables, the second line seven (7) syllables, and the third line contains five (5) syllables. Haiku doesn't rhyme. A Haiku paints a mental image in the reader's mind. This is the challenge of Haiku - to put the poem's meaning and imagery in the reader's mind in ONLY 17 syllables over just three (3) lines of poetry.

Here are some Harrison inspired Haiku submitted by our readers; if you have a haiku you'd like to have included, please email us at jonesy@ford-jones.com. Enjoy!

Two from Becca, both inspired by the film Hanover Street:

English countryside
Rain falling down steadily
Two lovers embrace

David and Maggie
Lovers kissing tenderly
Love everlasting

Four from Aimie, inspired by (in order) Star Wars, Air Force One, Harrison's flying hobby, and Indiana Jones IV.

I've never met him
but I've known him for lightyears!!
His name, Han Solo

He's been President
He'd make it in real life too
He's Harrison Ford

He flys in the Sky
In both his movies and real life
Maybe soon he'll fly me!!

Its been a long time
But i'm sure it will come soon
Adventure needs him
